WASHINGTON – The House voted Thursday to deny all federal funds for ACORN in a GOP-led strike against the scandal-tainted community organizing group that comes just three days after the Senate took similar action. "ACORN has violated serious federal laws, and today the House voted to ensure that taxpayer dollars would no longer be used to fund this corrupt organization," said second-ranked House Republican Eric Cantor of Virginia.The vote, on a provision attached to a student aid bill, was 345-75, with Democrats supplying all the "no" votes.On Monday the Senate voted 83-7 to deny housing and community grant funding to ACORN, which stands for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.Republicans accelerated their attacks on the liberal-leaning group a year ago when ACORN, in conducting a massive voter registration drive, was accused of submitting some false registration forms.On a hidden-camera video released on Monday, two ACORN employees are seen apparently advising a couple that was posing as a prostitute and her pimp to lie about her profession and launder her earnings. The video was the latest in a series that has already led to the firing of four ACORN employees in Baltimore and Washington. It was created by James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles and posted on BigGovernment.com, where O'Keefe identifies himself as an activist filmmaker.ACORN spokesman Scott Levenson blasted the video shot at the organization's Brooklyn office, saying the group believes the voices of the couple were dubbed over to alter the conversation and make the interaction appear more objectionable than it may have been.ACORN said Wednesday that it is ordering its own independent investigation of the incidents, while stressing that they were isolated cases.The Census Bureau, meanwhile, also has severed its ties with the group for the 2010 national census.Republicans have urged federal officials to go further by launching a comprehensive investigation of how ACORN spends and manages federal money."As long as taxpayers are subsidizing ACORN and its affiliates, we need to use every measure possible to ensure that those dollars are being spent and managed appropriately," said Rep. He said the Obama administration "takes accountability extremely seriously" and noted that the Census Bureau had determined that ACORN could not meet its goal for conducting a fair and accurate count next year.House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in a conference call with reporters, called the latest allegations against ACORN "horrible." However, she pointed out that ACORN has many honest employees and was conducting an internal investigation, and that it was up to House-Senate negotiators to determine whether the provision to cut funding would be in the final version of the bill.

I'm pleased to invite you to become a member of Omani’s Story non-profit organization Business Advisory Board for 2009-10. Our first meeting is scheduled on Saturday, October 24, 2009 beginning at 1p.m. This special event will be held at the Waterfront Hotel at Jack London Square.
As one of the wise and mature members in our community, being a member of Omani’s Story Business Advisory Board provides you with a stellar opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people in our community. This non-profit organization needs a new direction. A person with your experience and insight would be the perfect person to help Omani’s Story become a success.
I will certainly cover any expenses you incur from attending advisory board meetings, also, a hearty and healthy meal will be provided at each meeting. Operating since 2009, Omani’s Story provides a spectrum of business services to clients ranging from: promotional fundraising through graphics design, resources, referrals, and mental health services. First started as a family operation run from an apartment, Omani’s Story is looking to expand to a fully operational facility in order to provide more services to the community. We continue to focus on filling our clients' needs completely and fully; our company motto is "Helping families fight social injustices".

Omani's Story is going to Washington D.C
Omani's Story is going to Washington D.C. We will be attending the, "We The People Fest" July 17th - 19th 2009 at the Capitol and Upper Senate Park. Our quest is to stop the corruption in the Child Protection Agencies, and we will be apart of thousands of families putting pressure on our government to get the laws repealed. Our goal is to show our government that we will excercise our rights and protest the laws which govern these unconstitutional acts of child abduction, until they are changed. (SEE WASH. D.C. INTENARARY AT BOTTOM OF PAGE).
We will be attending the Washington D.C. rally with several advocacy groups which have our same goal in mind; which is to have the laws of the Child Protection Agency changed. The laws need to be changed because there is proven systemic corruption across the board. The news reports are littered with stories of abuse and corruption; judges, psychologists, and social workers have all been exposed for abusing children that come throughthe Child Protection Agency. For some children, their exposure to the foster care system is more tramatic than what C.P.S alleged the parent did. The system is designed in a way that gives too much discresionary power to the Child Protection Agency. Caseworkers and investigators are cloaked in immunity that protects them from being accountable for shoddy investigative techniques, intmidating parents through cohersions, civil rights violations and incentives of Title IV-E funds. The Child Protection Agency have the legal right to take your children, and parents are so overwhelmed they are not aware that their basic civil right are being violated.
They are stealing are children for profit through a funding called Title IV-E. Without children they get no funds. The foster care system is their biggest money maker. Thousands of children are lost in the foster care system because of the greed that Title IV-E funds produce. The Child Protection Agency did not encourage re-unification in my case, as well as, many other cases I have read. Parents do everything that the C.P.S. tells them to do, only to loose their children in the end. Please read the following story which sums up our common plight in protecting America's children from the corroption in the Child Protection Agency:

Did CPS have your child remove his or her clothing without your knowledge or consent?
Was CPS contacted by an anonymous informant whose identity was not disclosed to you?
Was CPS contacted by a mandatory reporter (teacher, doctor, counselor,etc.) who may lose their job if they don’t report even the slightest suspicion of abuse?
Were you ordered by CPS to basically drop everything and show up at their office?
Did CPS inform you that any failure on your part to cooperate wouldresult in the removal of your children to foster care?
Did CPS tell you an innocent person does not need a lawyer?
Did CPS force you to sign a safety plan, requiring you to agree totheir terms without a court order, by threatening to take your child if you did not sign?
Did CPS enter your home or take pictures of your home without a search warrant?
Has CPS refused to provide you with their written reports, witness statements, a copy of a videotape made of your child and other documentation?
Did CPS have your child examined by a CPS nurse or doctor without you being allowed to be present?
Did CPS remove your child and place him / her in foster care even though the family has relatives and friends who could have taken the child?
Was the removal of your child done BEFORE CPS had the permission of a judge?
Did CPS mislead, exaggerated, made false statements, or outright lieto the judge?
Were you placed in front of a judge without an attorney to represent you?
Were you treated fairly in court or did the judge completely side with the prosecutors and CPS?Have you been court ordered to fulfill a service plan requiring you to:
A. Take a psychological evaluation;
B. Submit to drug testing and evaluation;
C. Attend parenting classes;
D. Attend counseling;
E. Attend battering or domestic violence or other counseling;
F. Admit and take responsibility for things you did not do?
Are you only allowed to see your child for a few hours a week with thevisits being monitored by CPS employees?
Are CPS and the judge unconcerned with your ability to attend all these classes and “services” and keep your job?
Has CPS “implied” that you must get a divorce if you want your children back?
Have you been told you will not get your child back for up to one year?
Is the state trying to limit or terminate your parental rights?
Many parents find themselves overwhelmed when contacted by CPS and forgood reason. CPS investigators and caseworkers are able to manipulateparents through fear and intimidation, making the innocent parentfeels helpless. CPS has the legal power to take children away fromtheir parents. Under these circumstances parents who are not aware ofthe underhanded nature, shoddy investigative techniques, and financialmotivations of CPS readily sign safety plans, service plans, allow CPS into their homes, submit to interviews, and essentially do anythingthe CPS investigator asks. The innocent parent naively believes thatby doing what CPS wants they will be left alone.The parent soon finds out they were wrong.--

Was your child contacted by the authorities, questioned or photographed without your knowledge or consent?
Did CPS have your child remove his or her clothing without your knowledge or consent?
Was CPS contacted by an anonymous informant whose identity was not disclosed to you?
Was CPS contacted by a mandatory reporter (teacher, doctor, counselor,etc.) who may lose their job if they don’t report even the slightest suspicion of abuse?
Were you ordered by CPS to basically drop everything and show up at their office?
Did CPS inform you that any failure on your part to cooperate wouldresult in the removal of your children to foster care?
Did CPS tell you an innocent person does not need a lawyer?
Did CPS force you to sign a safety plan, requiring you to agree totheir terms without a court order, by threatening to take your child if you did not sign?
Did CPS enter your home or take pictures of your home without a search warrant?
Has CPS refused to provide you with their written reports, witness statements, a copy of a videotape made of your child and other documentation?
Did CPS have your child examined by a CPS nurse or doctor without you being allowed to be present?
Did CPS remove your child and place him / her in foster care even though the family has relatives and friends who could have taken the child?
Was the removal of your child done BEFORE CPS had the permission of a judge?
Did CPS mislead, exaggerated, made false statements, or outright lieto the judge?
Were you placed in front of a judge without an attorney to represent you?
Were you treated fairly in court or did the judge completely side with the prosecutors and CPS?Have you been court ordered to fulfill a service plan requiring you to:
A. Take a psychological evaluation;
B. Submit to drug testing and evaluation;
C. Attend parenting classes;
D. Attend counseling;
E. Attend battering or domestic violence or other counseling;
F. Admit and take responsibility for things you did not do?
Are you only allowed to see your child for a few hours a week with thevisits being monitored by CPS employees?
Are CPS and the judge unconcerned with your ability to attend all these classes and “services” and keep your job?
Has CPS “implied” that you must get a divorce if you want your children back?
Have you been told you will not get your child back for up to one year?
Is the state trying to limit or terminate your parental rights?
Many parents find themselves overwhelmed when contacted by CPS and forgood reason. CPS investigators and caseworkers are able to manipulateparents through fear and intimidation, making the innocent parentfeels helpless. CPS has the legal power to take children away fromtheir parents. Under these circumstances parents who are not aware ofthe underhanded nature, shoddy investigative techniques, and financialmotivations of CPS readily sign safety plans, service plans, allow CPS into their homes, submit to interviews, and essentially do anythingthe CPS investigator asks. The innocent parent naively believes thatby doing what CPS wants they will be left alone.The parent soon finds out they were wrong.--

Taking Omani's Story to Sacramento
For all of the parents who have been attacked by the Child Protective Services, especially child welfare agents, we would like for you to participate with us in the MILLION FAMILY MARCH ON SACRAMENTO. Our goal is to organize as many families as we can to march on Sacramento and present our legislation with a petition to repeal the current laws that protect these child abuductors.
If you have been victimized, Please join us and fight back. You have help now; if it is only a small party of us we will march foward. Someone has to take a stand; you don't have to be afraid any more, you are no longer alone. Our goal is to use our voices to speak out against the injustices that occur everyday when civil rights are violated all for the sake of the money. Worse than your civil rights being violated are the dehumanizing effects on families from their corrupted system.

Omani's Story - Mother Acquited of Abuse
This is a copy of an article that was taking from the Daily Republic. This article explains some of the incident surrounding Omani's accident and the outcome of her stepmothers trail.
Fairfield - The choice for jurors was straightforward-either Lisa R. Brown was a brutally violent mother or she was a victim of a police and social services investigations that could land her 15 years in prison.
After a two-week jury trial, Brown was acquitted Wednesday of four felony child abuse charges. She was convicted of a misdemeanor charge of attempted assault, (Which in no mean warrants them adopting my daughter out before the outcome of the trail).
The felony charges dated back to a series of incidents during the fall of 2000 involving her 3-year old stepdaughter. For Brown's attorney, Kathryn Streem, the legal victory was particularly sweet because it was her first trail since starting private practice after leaving the Solano County Public Defender's office earlier this year.
Streem told jurors Brown's child had been accident-prone, clumsy and suffered from seizures. (This sentence is misleading and was not a part of Ms. Streem's defense, the author of this article spoke with the prosecution first, before they talked to us. This article is only to explain the outcome of the Mrs. Brown's trail).
Brown, along with her husband and their three children, were living in a Vallejo motel in 2000 when her 3-year old was bouncing on a bed, fell a struck her head, according to her testimony. The child recovered from a fractured skull after being flown by helicopter to a Bay Area Hospital. Investigations by Vallejo police and Child Protective Services determined the girl's injuries were not from abuse.
Two weeks later, the child fell from a toilet and suffered another head injury. Another pair of investigations concluded no foul play was involved. Brown claimed a seizure led to the injury.
Ten days after the batheroom fall, the child suffered black eyes and cuts and scratches to her face. This thrid accident changed the approach social services to begin looking at Brown. Seizures were once again Brown's explanation for the injuries, although prosecutors claimed the injuries were caused by Brown shoving her childs head in the motel room toilet. After the injury, doctors provided the child with anti-seizure medications.
A fourth incident occured two weeks later when the child fell and was picked up by Brown. The lifting caused a bone fracture in the child's upper arm. The broken bone prompted CPS to remove the child from Brown's care a few days later.
